Today had leftovers for the week: A little ratatouille, a sirloin tip, pineapple tidbits that nobody wanted. He could have made a rice and ratatouille with rice ... what a bore ... I happened to buy some tortillas and Mexican salsa, and at one point we prepared a meal great.
sirloin tip: You can replace breast steaks leftover chicken or pork tenderloin, as it has to be very tender meat. That piece cut into strips, and sauté in srtén or wok. The hot pan to brown and harden not inside, and add a little salt.
Ratatouille: add it to meat when it is already golden brown.
Pineapple: At the end of the pot and saute with meat.
Tortillas: Bands made packed, very good, the heat in the microwave before serving, and put them in a dish covered to keep cool.
You put everything on the table in some sources, and sauce in a bowl with a spoon. Everyone uses what they want. I love it!
imagine that if a Mexican reading this rends his garments, it is not unorthodox, but he's hot.
Fundamental: always warms the sources where the food you put them in your oven with a little water, and oven to a minimum while you cook.
