On December 11 we had a cooking class for Harambee, an NGO that supports projects in Africa. It was a success thanks to the generosity of our friend Rosa Huber, and of course the 12 girls who came to class and provided the amount of the class of their savings. The class was very well organized, and the final girls' parents and we ate what they cooked ... GONE!.
I think it was a wonderful experience for these girls, who made his first gift of Christmas to children in Africa.

CREAM PUMPKIN
Ingredients:
Middle kg. potato
750 gr. Pumpkin
½ onion 1 sprig parsley

Ingredients:

TR ONCO OF CHRISTMAS
Ingredients:
3 eggs
90 g sugar
80 gr. Flour
for coverage: 100 black gr.chocolate
½ cup cream
How to do
Beat eggs with sugar until stiff relief.
Add the flour slowly without being lowered.
