Down Pokemon Crystal .jar

I'm not a fan of salmon but the moment I saw this recipe on the blog Cocinísima I have not stopped until I've done.
Here you my version of it with thanks and congratulations to Margret for her blog.

Ingredients (I went 6 pancakes)
200 gr of smoked salmon

crêpes
125 gr flour 100 ml milk 2 eggs
1 pinch salt 1 pinch
sugar 2 teaspoons dill

cream cheese 125 gr philadelphia
1 pinch
salt pepper
few drops of lemon juice

To make the crêpes cast in a bowl the flour, milk, salt, eggs, sugar and dill. Beat well until blended everything and smooth.

let rest for an hour.

prepare the cream together all ingredients and leave in the refrigerator until you are going to use.

We make pancakes in a nonstick skillet with a little oil.

Once you have cooled off a little pancake spread with cream and fill with a layer of salmon. Coils, wrap in foil and reserve in refrigerator.
