How To Take The Limiter Off A Moped?

bacalhau à Brás

Since I saw this recipe in the excellent blog Market Calabajío I wanted to try and be a simple dish and its ingredients in its preparation, is rich. Cod is the king of fish Portuguese cuisine and there are many different recipes with this fish as a protagonist. I encourage you to try this!

Ingredients for 2 people
2
frozen cod loins
2 large potatoes 3 eggs
1 onion 2 cloves garlic
fresh parsley pepper salt

The night before we get the cod from the freezer to the refrigerator to be thawed.

Peel potatoes, wash and grate with a mandolin so that they are like potato sticks. The rinsed thoroughly with water and clear water when you leave leave them in a bowl covered with water so that they release all the starch.

Put in a saucepan water to boil and blanch the backs when boiled cod 2 or 3 minutes. Remove and cool slightly parted when the cod flakes.

Drain the potatoes, dry them a bit and fry them in plenty of oil being careful not to burn. Remove from water and reserve on paper towels.

We leave in the pan a couple of tablespoons of the oil used for frying potatoes and removed the rest.

Chop onions and poached in the oil along with one of the garlic beaten.

Crush in a mortar
the other garlic clove and add 2 tablespoons of water.

Once the onion is golden brown cast the cod flakes and stir. Then strain the crushed garlic and move again to mix all ingredients.

We take now
potatoes to skillet and stir.

Beat 3 eggs with some salt, black pepper and parsley and threw him into the pan stirring vigorously to curdle the egg to your liking.

Retirees, sprinkle with chopped parsley and eat!
