Thank You Sayings For 3rd Birthday

The day I saw this recipe on the blog red apple felt a total crush and an overwhelming desire to try and see for myself what was the taste and texture of these clouds ... and has really been a surprise, because they know very similar to those bought in stores and are really easy to do!

So you know, if you still love sweets like me, you want to have fun and feel a little curiosity, gets down to business:)

A big salute to all!

Ingredients
1 packet gelatin neutral
1 packet strawberry jelly
200 ml water 200 g sugar
powdered sugar for finishing

Heat water in a saucepan and when hot add sugar and gelatin neutral normal.

With the heat to low mix with a spoon or a whisk and once the gelatin has dissolved add neutral on strawberry gelatin.

Turn off heat and stir constantly for 5 minutes.

Pour the mixture into a large bowl and let cool about 20-30 minutes. It should not come to set.

Once cool, take the electric rod and assemble the mix. As if we about to clear snow. Many bubbles are formed and the mixture will become very foamy.

Lining a pan with baking paper (this is very important, then I explain.) I use a cake pan to do after such forms of cubes, but if you want you can also use a pastry cutter, although I notice that the mixture is very sticky.

Pour the mixture into the pan and let stand in refrigerator overnight.

Next unmold onto a cutting board. And here you will realize the importance of lining the mold because the mixture sticks to everything! :) But if you put the paper do not worry because you are not going to have any problem.

The easiest way I've found to do is once the clouds made the cut at the ground to catch a small plastic bag and pour the icing sugar. With the hand we are taking off the cubes and always have been cut one by one we threw in the bag directly to the icing sugar to prevent sticking and stir to coat. Take it out and do the same with everyone.

Keep them in a container glass and enjoy!
